Naomi and I interviewed 7 different vinyl siding and windows contractors throughout the Farmington Valley before selecting Bartlett Brainard. We were initially impressed by you company's strong reputation for quality and customer service and our experience with your entire team made it clear why you've been in business for your 70 years. Your sales person Ed Murdza did not fit the "mold", unlike most of the sales people we met; he was honest, candid and very helpful throughout the entire project. We were also blessed with your lead vinyl installer, Yvon, who was a true professional, addressing all of our concerns and questions, followed by easy to understand options, plus he was a really nice guy.
Neil and his assistant John were top-notch from start through finish, and their work on our bay window and exterior doors look fantastic! Plus, they handled all our questions and concerns like real professionals. They always made time to discuss our options and address our needs, no matter how small or trivial they may have seemed to most people.
Our Gutters look great! I realize that gutters are typically an afterthought, but not for us. Quality construction and expert fabrication in combination with leaf protection put the finishing touches on our home, and help keep me off the ladder! Again, beautiful work with attention to detail, clearly the theme at Bartlett Brainard.
Your personal input and guidance throughout the entire project with regard to aesthetic considerations (vinyl colors, shutters, surround, windows, etc.) helped us explore our options with confidence. In short, thank you for running a quality business, built on trust and integrity.
